What is Moksa?
In Sanskrit it means: liberation, the emancipation of the soul from the succession of births.
"... It is one of the four objectives of life: dharma, the science of ethical, social and moral obligations; artha, the acquisition of earthly goods; kama, enjoyment of the pleasures of life; and moksa, freedom or beatitude..."
From BKS Iyengar in The Tree of Yoga.
