Flu goodbye

With temperature changes, it is better to help yourself with a rich herbal tea



The recipe that follows is my secret to strengthen my immune system and remove the grip, easy to do!

They need: ginger root, cinnamon stick, 5 black peppercorns, an orange and honey.

Wash the #ginger with water, cut into cubes leaving the skin on, bring to a boil with the #cinnamon stick and the #pepper grains. Let the water boil until it turns brown, turn off the heat, squeeze the juice out of an #orange, put it in a large cup, finish filling the cup with the filtered tea, put a spoon of #honey and drink it warm or hot , satisfaced.
